The house was beautiful, full of character and history. The 'wrap around' garden was secure, and our dogs had plenty of room to run around.

Great house for large parties. We were a party of 16, including 8 adults and 8 young children. The house provided us with plenty of space and cooking/dining facilities. We stayed over New Year 2015/16 for 5 nights. The location is brilliant, just a short stroll to the beach and local amenities/pub. Plenty of parking, large gardens and all the bedrooms are large too.

Owner very pleasant couldn’t do enough to help and visited on our arrival to welcome us. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely house, everything you need for a large family/friends holiday.

It's a great place for all the family and for the teenagers especially- when the weather was wet they happily played pool all day! The kitchen was good for the larger numbers and there was plenty of room for different activities with the two lounges in the evenings. It had a very 'lived in' feel, but that meant we weren't worrying about sand on the floor or the odd wet footprint. Very relaxing. Wonderful location. Different members of our party swam in the sea, cycled, walked and relaxed.

Excellent family holiday venue, close to beach, and lovely big garden. Plenty of space and good parking.

A comfortable big house, perfect for our large family, lots of room, we never felt crowded.

Fabulous large garden at front and rear, great for a BBQ and for the children to play and run around.

Quiet location, only five minute walk to the beach and close to park and shops in Mundersley.
